Today, after countless success stories and communities served, Spaulding Decon is owned and led by Katie Wilson and Kyle Wilson. The couple brings a compassionate and community-led approach to leadership and operations. Based in Tampa, their aim is to support local teams, strengthen relationships, and deliver a consistent, high-quality service.

As Chief Executive Officer, Katie steers the business forward with her strong leadership skills. Her role not only focuses on operations but also on handling the company’s public-facing responsibilities. With more than five years of experience in scaling teams, she knows what it takes to grow an organization.
Her previous experience saw her expand an organization from two employees to more than 30 across four specialized departments. Apart from her strong background in operational leadership, she also excels at insurance coordination, which helps families and business owners alike reach a fast and efficient resolution to their challenges.
Kyle Wilson, Chief Financial Officer
Carrying the key role of Chief Financial Officer, Kyle brings a wealth of sound business experience that teams, local partners, and communities can count on. In this role, he oversees the business’ financial strategy and operational systems.
Having managed massive logistics projects for various energy companies, he has honed his expertise in overseeing large budgets that support scalable and sustainable growth. His proven leadership of large teams across three states makes him an effective authority that executes sound business decisions while empowering partners, teams, and communities in need.
Together, Katie and Kyle are a powerhouse team that’s ready to serve communities in the US with utmost dedication and care.
