Digital Marketing Strategist - Tampa

About You:

We are seeking a driven individual that is motivated by client satisfaction and continued success to join our Marketing at our Tampa FL office.

The Digital Strategist will work on integrating digital assets, raising brand awareness, collaborating on marketing campaigns, leading digital activation projects, and measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of digital channels. They will work with an internal marketing team that values collaboration and accountability.

The Digital Strategist will provide transparent insight on all data key points that is clear to understand, as well as improving digital performance of campaigns. They will be consistently monitoring and improving upon overall website data, focusing on SEO metrics, managing of A/B testing, and content strategy.

Essential Duties:

Drive website traffic and acquire leads.

  • Manage metrics measuring digital programs success and optimize programs.
  • Provide expert POV to team and executives around evolving digital best practices.
  • Stay up to date with digital technologies developments.
  • Review, Optimize and Improve SEO metrics for website for both national and local pages.
  • Review PPC metrics on a national and local level; analyze and report on the data found
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
  • Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
  • Conduct keyword research according to the latest keyword research strategies
  • Optimize lead nurturing process and marketing automation through content, social channels, and email
  • Propose new and improved ideas on inbound marketing campaigns
  • Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display and search advertising using web analytics tools
  • Manage improvement of current digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising.
  • Have hands-on experience with WordPress and creating, editing front-end
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.


Required Education and Experience:

  • Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer Skills:
  • Above average computer skills, more focus on digital marketing experience regarding SEO, PPC; (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Bing, SemRush, Moz, BrightLocal, etc.)
  • Google Certified in AdWords and Analytics would be ideal.

Franchise Development Manager - Tampa

About You:
Franchise Development Manager partners with the CEO in the management of the full life cycle of a
franchisee from prospect to approval. This position will play a key role in contributing to the
development of the company’s emerging franchise program.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be
• Research, analyze and create targeted list of prospective candidates based on our ideal
candidate profile(s) and use to gauge interest in the Spaulding Decon franchise
• Conduct initial outreach to prospective franchisee leads and provide information about
the franchise process and requirements.
• Manage and maintain prospect information in our Franchise Soft Management (FSM)
• Manage the information flow of prospective candidates through the entire franchise
process, ensuring all documentation is received, accurately maintained, and
qualifications have been met.
• Review franchisee applications and submit suitable franchise candidate file for review.
• Prepare franchise candidate file for CEO approval.
• Schedule and coordinate the Discovery Day
• Research and report on market information and determine market availability.
• Organize franchise industry conferences and tradeshows, coordinating with vendors,
shipping of booth, equipment, marketing and other materials.• In partnership with the CEO, the creation and maintenance of materials, presentations,
content and communications to support the lead generation and education process
(both for franchise and non-traditional development opportunities)
• Manage development pipeline of existing and prospective franchisees to move them
along in the sales process.
• Other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business
conditions and/or requirements.

• Ability to align with company values.
• Approximately two (2) to three (3) years of experience in sales or sales support, preferably in
a franchise organization
• Strong analytical skills with an in-depth understanding of contact center metrics
• Experience in managing outsourced call center operation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven success collaborating with
all levels of employees and customers. Ability to prepare and present data-driven
• Strong interpersonal skills to work across an organization to build strong cross-functional
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and to manage multiple projects
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure.
• Excellent Understanding of Microsoft Office

Staff Accountant - Tampa

About You:

We are seeking a driven individual that is motivated by client satisfaction and continued success to join our Finance Team at our Tampa FL office.

This role is responsible for assisting the Finance department in creating accurate and timely financial records for the organization. This position reports directly to the Financial Controller.  This role is expected to maintain financial reports, records and general ledgers, prepare and analyze budgets and perform general bookkeeping. Additionally, responsible for billing activities, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable. 

Essential Duties:

  • Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Determines proper handling if financial transaction and approves transactions within designated limits.
  • Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports, recording entries.
  • Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; verifying federal id numbers; scheduling and preparing checks; resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; insuring credit is received for outstanding memos; issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments.
  • Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
  • Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
  • Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
  • Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and from customers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Working knowledge of Accrual Accounting
  • Attention to Detail, thoroughness, organization, analytical
  • Data entry skills, general math skills, accounting rules, financial software (QuickBooks Online)
  • Must be dependable and reliable
  • Microsoft Office Skills – Strong overall computer skills and strong Excel skills (intermediate or higher level)
