They arrived on time, did an extremely thorough and professional job using all the right equipment and tools, and were extremely professional. They even took the time to do a few things that were outside their scope, such as clean and disinfect an armoire that was stored in the garage. For my family, the damage was mostly to our roof. My insurance company had actually scheduled Spaulding Decon to come to my home. They placed tarps on my roof, removed an area of drywall that had already began to mold, and applied fans and a dehumidifier to areas that needed it. They came 3 days in a row to check the progress. Each time Fiona and her crew were very respectful, professional, and cordial. They always well informed me of their daily finds, and eagerly answered any questions I had with knowledge and know how.
